Dennis J. Hunt, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist (Virginia and Washington D.C.), has more than 25 years of experience providing mental-health services and training nationally and internationally. He is the CEO of IPCS. Dr. Hunt is a native English speaker, is fluent in Portuguese and speaks Spanish fairly well. Dr. Hunt has developed initiatives to support the transition of immigrants and refugees to life in the U.S His activities have focused on serving children and families from Africa, Asia, the Middle East and South and Central America. He has provided consultations to governmental, non-profit, mental-health, and social-services organizations in Canada, Brazil, Japan, and Bosnia. Dr. Hunt is a graduate of the George Washington University.
