International Psychological and Consulting Services, Inc. (IPCS) assists individuals and families who wish to improve life satisfaction and daily functioning, and organizations seeking guidance on a variety of mental-health, social-services delivery, and cross-cultural topics.
At IPCS, we believe that everyone has the right to a happy and fulfilling life. We also believe that everyone has the potential to attain this goal, but some individuals may need professional support and guidance to do so. IPCS aims to be a force for positive change in the lives of individuals and the functioning of groups, organizations and societies.

Directions to the 113 South Patrick St. IPCS Office
By Car: The office is located on S. Patrick St. between King St. and Prince St. Please be aware that S. Patrick St is a one-way street, from Prince toward King. S. Henry is also one-way in the opposite direction. Prince is one way from Henry to Patrick. There should be plenty of street parking nearby; some spots (King St. and the right side of Patrick on our block) are metered while others are free for 2-3 hrs. There is a paid parking lot next to/back of the building.
The building number '113' is written in red on top of the entrance door, townhouse in the middle. The office is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). There is a small waiting area on the 1st floor. If IPCS Clinician doesn't come to see you at your appointment time, please come up and knock on the office door, even if there is someone in the office. If the front door is locked, please ring the doorbell labeled 'IPCS'.
By Metro or Bus: King Street Metro Station (Blue & Yellow line) is 8 blocks (0.6 miles, 12 min walk) from the office. AT2 and AT8 Bus will stop at the corner of King St. and Patrick St.
