On-site, contract consultation or counseling for businesses and schools
IPCS provides a licensed psychologist or counselor for employee assistance services on-site at businesses or counseling to students and teachers in schools. Fees can be negotiated on an hourly, daily or monthly basis. In some cases, services may be covered by individuals’ insurances.

IPCS provides on-going consultation and training workshops of various topics and lengths on the following topics:

Consultation Cost
Hourly consultation services that do not require traveling range from $75-$250. The daily rate is $2,000-$3,000 plus travel time and expenses. However, the fees are negotiable depending on the nature of services, number of individuals, and types of organizations. Preparation costs are negotiated separately.

- Providing health and social services to culturally diverse populations.
- Developing education, mental-health and social-service systems responsive to the needs of refugee, immigrant, and low income populations.
- Cultural preparation for professionals being assigned overseas.
- Cultural orientation and coaching for foreign professionals and students coming to work or study in the U.S.
- Managing and working effectively with culturally diverse workforce.
- Helping children and families with the psychological consequences of international relocations.
Technical assistance
- For governmental, non-profit and academic institutions in developing countries, to build or improve community mental health, social services, and educational programs.
- For international non-profits, foreign governments, and international humanitarian and development entities, in conducting community needs assessments and elaborating projects aimed at improving conditions and opportunities for vulnerable populations, particularly refugees.
Consultation and supervision for mental health professionals
- For mental-health professionals and students in other countries who are seeking further training in cognitive-behavioral therapy or other evidence-based practices. Services are provided on-line, or on-site training may be arranged.
- For psychologists and other mental-health professionals seeking licenses or consultation on specific issues in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
